Vitamins and Minerals and Natural Health

Vitamins and minerals have made a huge difference in my own health.

Some researchers say “Take them” and others say they are of no use.  My own personal experience says “Take them.”

They are part of my personal “Health Care Plan.”

Many years ago, I started taking a major and trace mineral drink.  After about six months, I realized I was missing about six health complaints that I’d had.

You don’t miss something annoying when it’s gone but when I got a minor episode of restless legs, I realized they hadn’t been bothering me.  I made a list of five other things that weren’t bothering me anymore, either.

Over the years, I’ve added and sometimes subtracted or reduced a variety of vitamins and other supplements to my diet.  I fully believe in the health benefits!
