Turn off the television or computer or your phone at least an hour before bedtime.
Spend a few minutes doing something that’s just plain nice or relaxing for yourself. Maybe a warm cloth on your face for a few minutes or some music that soothes you.
Create a bedtime routine that can ease you into sleep. You deserve a good rest tonight and every night.
